Siena, Sunday 8 September there was a big event with a fashion show by designer Valentina Nessi with a collection of clothes entirely embroidered by hand combined with the presentation of artistic glasses by Anne-Marie Faniel, a great French-Canadian and soprano brand .
The evening took place in one of the most beautiful locations in Siena, in the mythical Medici Fortress.
At sunset time, seven models selected by the former top model of Luisa Spagnoli, Laura Cartocci, organiser of events and charity evenings, animated the evening with the splendid artistic creations of the two designers. The theme of this show was the “Butterfly” symbol of freedom and joy of life.
To follow the fashion show the concert of the soprano Anne-Marie Faniel, accompanied by the pianist Joseph Nowell, delighted the public and illustrious guests with the most beautiful songs of Italian and international music from O Sole Mio, Torna a Surriento, Caruso , Casta Divae many others.
Among the VIP guests the italian bloggers Alessia Siena, Alice Bertoletti, the great hair-stylist Egidio Borri, Franco Cerri president of the Portofino International Festival, the film producer Federico Rizzo, the journalist Umberto Cecchi and many others.
At the end of the event, the charity lottery with prestigious prizes from the Baldi company, an important Florentine handicraft brand, Valentina Nessi tailored suit, Anne-Marie Faniel artistic glasses and excellent organic wines from Canto alla Moraia.
The entire proceeds of the lottery were donated to the Vita Association that deals with the construction and maintenance of the Mothersisters orphanage in Nepal.
The evening was conceived and presented by Gianluca Bertoletti, creator and producer of the entire event.
