Christmas it’s coming with the cold and the snow but also with the flu. It has already arrived to me at the beginning of December, usually it lasts me two or three days while this time lasted for two weeks. I did not want to take medicine but use grandma’s old remedies.
Here are three easy ways to cure yourself from the flu.
1. Drink lots of hot water with honey or herbal teas
2. Infusion of ginger and cinnamon
3. Massages: yes massages are not only used to treat back or neck pain but also to treat the flu.
The care of our body is very important and talking to a friend masseur told me about the impirtance of the system of lymphatic vessels in our body. It is important to hydrate the body but also to oxygenate the blood well. Massages allow the relaxation of the muscles of the mind for an immediate psycho-physical well-being.
Other little tips from grandmother are kept indoors in the warmth and eat well.
