Chopard Backstage Party at Cannes Film Festival

Chopard this year hosted the exclusive backstage cinema gala party at Cannes Film Festival in a jet hangar at the private airport of Cannes-Mandelieu. An unusual location for a party, but embellished by a life-size jet and a typical old cinema scenery. The music was provided by musicians Ayo and Kool & the Gang. The dress code of the party was black & white with diamonds so I chose to wear a white dress embellished with crystal Swarovski, my new chanel lego bag and to add a little touch of glamour a pair of shoes with super hight hill completely full of Swarovski. As a jewels I wore the classic pendent of Chopard “Happy Diamonds” Collection. My white dress was perfectly matching with the black one of Caroline Scheufele, CEO & Creative Director of Chopard. She is a wonderful woman full of energy and passion. I already had the opportunity to meet her the first time during her first event “Chopard Goes Clubbing” in Geneva and in Paris.

The event was full of beautiful models, actress and best dressed people. A party full of glamour and style. I was very honored to be invited as a blogger at this exclusive event. I enjoyed the party until early in the morning when I had the opportunity to take some photos with the sunshine at the beach. I love to enjoy every moment of my life. I felt a sensation of the spirit of Marilyn Monore during her famous movie “Diamonds are Girl’s Best Friends” I’m sure if she was still alive she would be the perfect Icon of the event.
