It was held this night the 30th edition of the Video Music Awards, exactly 10 years from one of the performances more ‘memorable in the history of show business: how can we forget the kiss between Madonna and Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera? Passing through the transgressive meat dress of Lady Gaga, Beyonce’s pregnancy, the arrogance of Kanye West, the breast fluctuating Lil ‘Kim and many other episodes.

The annual ceremony of “Oscar youth ‘” debuted in 1984 at Radio City Music Hall in New York. Then moving to Miami, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
This year a new venue, the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

An extravagant Lady Gaga happy to be back on stage, opened the proceedings with the live world premiere of “Applause”, a performance without scandal, focusing on effective coerografia and several changes of clothes.
Justin Timberlake was crowned king of the evening, giving an excellent medley, with the unexpected appearance of the “‘N Sync”, the first to be honored with the “Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award” (it had previously received from Britney Spears, U2, The Rolling Stones & Bon Jovi) and “Video of the Year” thanks to “Mirrors”. The rebel Miley Cyrus has charmed the audience with “We Can not Stop”, imposing a look ‘sexy, ironically with some teddy bear too much about adolescence that no longer exists’. To the tune of “Blurred Lines” and the arrival of the young singer Robin Thicke remains intimate and attitudes are becoming more ‘skimpy, short, Snow White does not live more’ here.

The haughty Kanye West this time had nothing to say about winning Swift, focusing on a sober performance without lights.
He thinks Bruno Mars to illuminate the arena after the victory as best male, presenting his latest single “Gorilla”.
The curtain falls with the roar of Katy Perry, who transformed the Brooklyn Bridge in a range from boxing, to make us understand that she came back to win.
